I’ve only been here for teeth cleanings. My hygienist today was Sara. She was amazing. Great conversation from start to finish. I also felt like she did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth - didn’t even get one “zinger.” Hoping I get her in 6 months when I go back for my next cleaning.

My husband had a terrible toothache from an infection. I called at 12:40 pm on a Saturday. He was in the chair getting x-rays by 1:20, and consulting with the dentist by 1:40, and had antibiotics, a treatment plan that made sense, and an appointment for treatment when the infection is gone, and out of there by 2:20. Everyone we encountered at this office was professional, accommodating and friendly. The office was scheduled to close at 2:00, but they got us in and taken care of without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. Thank you, Westbrook Village Dental for such excellent urgent care!

From Patty at front desk, very courteous greeting me and on every phone call. Loved chatting with the dental assistant while she took 18 X-rays of my teeth. Then Saw Nina for my cleaning. Absolutely talented with her tools. My teeth have never had that good of a cleaning. Oh yeah, Dr Magri was also nice and courteous. Highly recommend Westbrook Village Dental! Worth the wait to get in!

Honestly never thought I’d describe a dentist office as “comfortable” but here I am doing just that - and no, it’s not because of their waiting room because I hardly spend any time waiting. It’s the people that make it cozy. The entire staff (dentist included) are so friendly, helping to ensure the whole experience is as pleasant as possible.

I’ve been unlucky in the past with dental issues that go undetected until they are very painful and expensive to fix, even with a check up every 6 months! I started going to this dentist because of a mystery tooth pain that would come and go for years and previous dentists could never “find” anything. At Westbrook, they accepted the challenge and while it did take time - it was well hidden - they never gave up until the root cause was discovered and then they made sure I understood my options as far as treatment.

The cherry on top was their proactive approach! While looking for the cause of my tooth pain, the dentist noticed the skin connecting my lip to my gum was pulling on my gums, causing my gum line to recede. Previous dentists noticed my receding gum line but only ever told me to stop brushing so hard, and no matter how softly I brushed, my gums continued to receded. What a difference it makes to treat the actual root cause of the problem!

The clinic was so accomodating. Emergency appointment works. Staff are 100% amazing and Dr. Magri was awesome. Always checking on the patient and works the magic for a painless treatment.
